1. Who provides the service

GastroApp is provided by Understack, tax ID CVR 46327608, registered at Astridsvej 7, Brabrand, Aarhus. Contact: info@understack.dk.

2. What you are buying

A monthly subscription to GastroApp at app.gastroapp.dk for each restaurant in the order. Optionally, a one-time assisted integration. Integrating on your own is free.

Assisted integration is a one-week process. After the order we email you to ask for the documentation, recipes and everything GastroApp needs to integrate your company, with one or several restaurants or buffets.

3. Prices and tax

Prices are shown without tax. Customers invoiced in Denmark pay 25% moms and customers invoiced in Spain pay 21% IVA. The order and the invoice break out base, tax and total.

4. Payment and renewal

Payment is by card through Revolut. By paying you authorise Revolut to store the card and us to charge the fee every month until you cancel. We email you before each charge. If a charge fails we let you know and retry every 2 days, with up to 3 reminder emails. If it is still unpaid on day 8 after the charge date, the subscription is canceled.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account. There is no lock-in. Charges stop and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

6. Use of the service

Access is for the restaurant and the people you designate. You are responsible for the data you enter and for keeping your credentials safe.
