2. Data we process

Your order data: email, name, restaurant name, country, billing details (legal name, CVR or NIF/CIF and address) and number of restaurants. What you send in the contact and custom feature forms. Site usage data, if you accept statistics, without identifying you.

We do not receive or store your card number. Revolut collects it.

3. Why

To create your account and provide the service, to charge you, to issue invoices and meet tax duties, to answer your messages and to tell you about charges and service changes.

6. Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection by writing to info@understack.dk. You can complain to your data protection authority.
